1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 -3 oz. chilled cream cheese
3 tbsp water
1 envelope Knox Gelatin
1/2 c finely chopped celery
1/2 c finely chopped onion (or grated)
1 or 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 c mayonnaise
1/2 lb. crab
Dash of hot pepper sauce
1 Squeeze of lemon juice

Directions:
Heat soup then add gelatin-diluted with water. Stir until smooth. Then add the cream cheese until smooth. Mix soup mixture with all other ingredients. Take a mold of choice and lightly glaze the mold with mayonnaise and pour mixture into mold. Refrigerate over night then remove from mold add Townhouse Crackers and serve.
