6 T bread crumbs
1 T flour
1 tsp dehydrated parsley flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
12 oz skinned and boned chicken, cut into serving pieces
2 T evaporated skimmed milk

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl combine bread crumbs, flour, and seasonings. Dip chicken in milk and then in bread crumb mixture to coat. Place in a non-stick baking pan. Sprinkle evenly with any remaining crumbs and milk. Bake at 400º for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is tender.
