2 C sugar (white)
1 C white corn syrup
2 C water
1/2 tsp salt
1 T butter
2 C spanish peanuts (unsalted)
1 1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, syrup, and water at 250º. Add salt, butter, and peanuts. Cook to 300º stirring constantly. Add soda and vanilla. Pour on greased warm cookie sheet.
