1 - 14oz Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed milk
1 - 1/4 C chopped walnuts
1 tsp vanilla

Combine over hot (not boiling) water, choc bits & milk, stir until mixture is smooth. Stir in nuts & vanilla. Pour into buttered pan or dish,
