1 c margarine
1 c brown sugar
1 c white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
3 c flour - may need to add a little extra
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together margarine,sugars,eggs,soda,cream of tartar
and vanilla. Add unsifted flour and mix. Shape into small
balls, roll in mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Place on
ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 375 for 10 min. or until brown
