1 can artichoke hearts packed in water
3-4 garlic cloves chopped fine (2-3 teaspoons of garlic from jar is ok)
4 ounce can green chilies -- chopped
*1 cup Hellmann’s Mayonnaise – regular not light
1 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichoke hearts and chop. Best to grate cheese from Parma block. Mix all ingredients together. (Do not use Cuisinart) Place in small casserole dish. Sprinkle top with black pepper. Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes. Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes after taking out oven. Serve with tortilla chips or assorted crackers.

* I have been making this recipe for over 20 years. Only use Hellmann’s….it really works the best!

* Use jelly roll pan under dish to help keep oven clean
