1 lb chicken breast cut into pieces
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) chicken broth
1/2 c ranch dressing
2 T flour
1 can diced potatoes
6 soft flour tortillas cut into small pieces
1 c shredded mexican mix cheese
1 box spanish rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the chicken in a large frying pan with salt & pepper or some Mrs.Dash for chicken. Once chicken is cooked add potatoes to the pan. In a bowl combine chicken broth, ranch dressing & flour, mixture will be lumpy that's ok. pour mixture into the hot pan. Stir once mixture is boiling add tortillas & stir. Cook for 3 mins then cover with cheese & turn heat down to low & cover with a lid. Serve with prepared spanish rice.
