2 c crushed graham crackers
2 T melted butter

1.5 lb silken tofu
12 ounces cream cheese (or soy cream cheese)
1 c Granulated sugar
3 T Flour
2 T Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese to room temp. Drain Tofu. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Set rack to center setting. Combine graham cracker crumbs & melted butter, push mixture into bottom of pie dish. Bake crust for 10 mins. take pan out & reset oven to 325 degrees. In a bowl combine cream cheese, tofu, sugar & flour. Once creamy add vanilla & mix just enough so filling is smooth & lump free, do not over mix. Pour filling into crust & bake about 45 mins or until center 2-3 inches is set but still jiggles when pan is moved. Turn of oven leaving the cheesecake in the oven for about 30 mins. Take cheesecake out & let cool, then refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
