1 lb Chicken breast cut into pieces
Cornstarch (to coat chicken)
4 C Cooked Brown Rice
Peanuts
2 Tbsp White Vinegar
2 Tbsp Cooking wine
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
4 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
Onion Powder, Garlic, Crushed Red Pepper, Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Coat the chicken in cornstarch & cook in a large frying pan. In a small pot combine Vinegar, Wine, Soy sauce, Hoisin sauce, & season to your taste. Bring sauce to a slow boil then turn the heat down to low. Once chicken is pretty well browned add peanuts to the pan & brown them, pour sauce onto chicken & peanuts. Mix & Serve over rice.
