Rack Baby Back Ribs

Directions:
Directions:
Season ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc. (your preference). Place in roasting pan with rack. Add small amount of water to bottom of pan. Cover with foil and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350. Let sit in oven for a couple of hours and they will get real tender. Put on grill and add your favorite BBQ sauce and let brown.
