Ingredients:
Ingredients:
For every 1 pound of good lean hamburger add:
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated cheese
1 egg
1/4 c parsley flakes
1/2 tsp garlic salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients then slowly add water, 1/4 cup at a time, until a good consistency for making into balls. I take a small amt, and make into a tiny hamburger and fry it so I can taste for seasoning. If it doesn't need any salt/pepper/garlic, I make into balls. Put them on a baking sheet that has been oiled and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes...this depends on how big your meatballs are.
I make in 3 lb batches and when cooled, put into plastic bag and freeze....great to just pull out when I'm in the mood for spaghetti and meatballs !!
