Preheat oven to 400°.
Greased or paper-lined muffin cups.

BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH (in a large mixing bowl):
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 can (16 ounces) pumpkin
1 and 1/2 c. vegetable oil

COMBINE (in separate bowl):
3 c.s all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

ADD THE MIXTURE ABOVE TO PUMPKIN MIXTURE. MIX WELL.

FOLD IN:
2 c. (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

FILL GREASED OR PAPER-LINED MUFFIN CUPS 3/4 FULL.

BAKE FOR 16 TO 20 MIN. OR UNTIL MUFFINS TEST DONE.

COOL IN PAN 10 MIN. BEFORE REMOVING TO A WIRE RACK.
