1 1/2 c. pretzels (crushed)
1/2 c. melted butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 16 oz. container frozen whipped cream topping (Cool Whip)
1 6 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 c. hot water
2 boxes frozen strawberries (about 10 oz. ea. - can substitute part fresh sliced strawberries)

Additional whipped topping for serving, if desired.

Mix together crushed pretzels, butter and sugar. Press into 9x13 pan and bake for 7 min. at 350º.
Beat softened cream cheese, fold in sugar and whipped cream. Put on cooled crust. Dissolve strawberry gelatin in hot water and add strawberries. Cool until it starts to thicken. Pour strawberry mixture on top of cream cheese layer and refrigerate.

Top each square with additional whipped cream when serving.
