3 large cloves of garlic 2 T salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp red pepper seeds 1/2 tsp caraway seed 1 tsp paprika 1/2 cup vinegar 3/4 cup salad oil 1/2 tsp parsley flakes or 1/4 cup fresh parsley 5 to 7 pounds to cubed meat - trimmed of fat (chicken, pork, or lamb)
Mix well and pour over 5 to 7 pounds of meat. Let meat marinate. Grill or cook meat as desired.
