2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup oil
2 cups chopped apples

2 tbsp flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
4 tsp butter

MIx ingredients in order given. Combine topping ingredients. Pour batter in lined muffin cups. Sprinkle topping on top of unbaked muffins. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
