Crust:
1 Box Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 1/2 Sticks of Butter
5 tbsps of Sugar
Filling:
6 pkgs of Cream Cheese
6 Eggs
2 c Sugar
2 tsp vanilla
Topping:
1 Large Container of Sour Cream
1/2 c Sugar 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Crust: Mix then grease 12" pan spread in Spring Form Pan and Refrigerate until Cheese Cake batter is ready
Filling: Mix accordingly...pour over crust, bake for 45 minutes at 350º...open oven door and let cheese cake cool in oven for 1 hour, then take from oven and let cool on counter top
Topping: Mix accordingly...pour over cool cake & bake for 10 minutes more take out ...cool & refrigerate.

This Cheese Cake was a yearly treat for us, my Mother always served it with some kind of berry topping. I can remember she always watched our faces when we took the first bite. Simply Heaven!
