1 large pkg. frozen hash browns 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pt. sour cream 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 T. salt 1/2 t. pepper 1/4 c. melted butter 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Thaw potatoes. Mix all ingredients, except butter and corn flakes. Put the potato mixture into a 9x13 casserole dish. Combine the butter and corn flakes. Spread the corn flake mixture on top of the potato mixture. Bake at 300º for 1 hour.
