2 boneless chicken breasts - diced and uncooked
1/2 c apple juice
4 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp corn starch
2 T oil
1/2 head cabbage-chopped
4 oz pepperoni-chopped
cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Stir fry cabbage in oil for 3 min. and remove. Stir fry chicken until done (around 5 min). Mix together apple juice, mustard, and corn starch and add to chicken. Stir until thick and bubbly. Add pepperoni and return cabbage to pan and cook until warm. Serve over rice.
