2 9in. frozen pie shells
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
1 lb. ground sausage, browned and drained
1/2 c. chopped onion, cook with sausage
1/2 c. light cream
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Prick pie crust and bake 8 minutes. In a large bowl, mix cheeses and the sausage and onion. In a smaller bowl, beat eggs with creams. Combine ingredients and pour into baked pie crust. Bake at 375 for 50 to 60 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. If crust starts to burn, cover crust edges with foil.
