2 c. (8 oz) shredded, extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. softened butter
1/4 t. dry mustard
1/4 t. hot sauce
1 c. all purpose flour
1 c. self-rising flour
2 c. rice crispy cereal
Pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese and butter in a large bowl. Add hot sauce and dry mustard until blended. Gradually add flour; mixing until well blended. Stir in rice crispy cereal and blend well. Remove dough and shape into 1" balls; flatten with a fork. Press a pecan half in the center of each crisp. Place on a large baking sheet and cook at 350º for 12-14 minutes. Cool and serve.
