1 lb. red onion
1 T. olive oil
1 T. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. white wine
2 t. prepared horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
In a 12" frying pan over low heat, mix onions, olive oil and brown sugar. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until any juices have evaporated and onion is golden brown. Add red wine vinegar, white wine and horseradish. Cook, stirring often, uncovered, 6 minutes or until liquid evaporates.
