4 C pecans
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 C sugar
2 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven 350º heat pecans, while beating egg whites. Add sugar to egg whites a little at a time until whites are stiff. Remove pecans from oven & add to egg whites. Melt butter in pan then pour in pecans & egg whites. Return to oven & cook 20 to 30 minutes, according to size of pecans. Stir occasionally about every 5 minute until pecans are brown.
