2 1/2 lb cooked cut-up chicken
1 C sliced almonds
1 1/2 C seedless green grapes
salt & white pepper to taste

Dressing
1/4 tsp ginger
1 tsp lemon juice
1 C Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/4 C thin cream or milk

Directions:

Mix chicken, almonds, grapes together. MIx well together ginger, lemon juice, mayo, cream.
Toss into salad
