1 lg head cabbage, shredded
3 lg onions, sliced & separated
3/4 C sugar
1 C vinegar
1 T sugar
1 tsp mustard
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp celery salt
1 C salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in large bowl - cabbage, onions - sprinkle sugar over all. Sifting with fork to let sugar sink through. Mix & bring to boil - vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, & celery salt. When mixture comes to boil, add salad oil. Pour while hot, over cabbage. Put a plate over slaw & press down with weight. Let stand in refrig for 24 hours before serving.
