1 10 oz. box Chopped Spinach
1 c. Mayonnaise
3 Scallions-chopped
1-1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Knox Vegetable Soup Mix
1 c. water chestnuts- chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and drain spinach; well. Combine and mix all ingredients. Chill and serve with wheat thins or assorted crackers.
