1 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cup sugar, divided
1/3 cup melted margarine
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Cream Cheese, softened
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
16 oz. dairy sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350. In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted margarine. Press on bottom of 9 inch springform pan.

In large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly for about 4 minutes at medium mixer speed. Spread over crust. Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 75 minutes or until cake is set. Turn oven off. Open door slightly and leave cheesecake in ovend for about 1 hour. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
