2 lg cans whole tomatoes - no salt
4 - 5 filets of white fish (orange ruffie is good)
6 - 8 crab legs (chunked)
8 oz can mushrooms
1/2 cup of each onions, green peppers, & celery (diced)
1/2 C picante sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute diced onion, green peppers & celery in diet butter. Add tomatoes in their own juice. Put filets in the whole, they'll flake apart as they cook. Add crab legs, mushrooms, and picante sauce. Season to your own taste with any or of these: dill, rosemary, garlic, sharp cheddar cheese. Simmer in large pot for about 1 hour, serve over brown rice.
