2 lb lean ground beef 2 T chili powder 2 t salt 1/4 t pepper 1 T dehydrated green pepper 2 T dehydrated onion 8 oz can mushroom pieces, drained 6 oz can tomato paste 1 lb cooked elbow macaroni
Cook & stir ground beef, chili powder, salt, pepper, green pepper, & onion until meat is done, but not browned, add tomatoes, mushrooms, & tomato paste. Simmer while macaroni is cooking. Add drained & blanch macaroni to meat dish. Mix well.
