3 TBS Freshly chopped chives
1 lb Smoked Salmon
1 lb cream cheese
1 small red onion (sliced)
3 TBS Capers, drained
Freshly ground pepper
5 Avocados, Coarsely mashed & mixed with lemon juice.

Directions:

Line a loaf pan (sides too) with glad wrap then spread in thin layers:
Smoked Salmon
Cream Cheese
Chives
Salmon Avocado
Black Pepper
Capers
Onions
Salmon
Cream Cheese
Chives
Black Pepper Capers Onion Avocado
Smoked Salmon

Place a sheet of cling wrap on top of salmon & press down lightly. Place in Fridge for at least 3 hours. Turn out of loaf pan on serving dish. Serve with Pumpernickel, Crackers or Bagel Crisps.

Tip: Place whole unpeeled avocado in boiling water for 1 min. Peel. the avocado will not go black.
