Layer the following foods: 1. 1 16 oz can refried beans mixed with 1 pkg. taco seasoning. Spoon onto tray and flatten to the bottom 2. Frost with 1 cup sour cream. 3. Sprinkle with chopped green onion 4. Sprinkle with chopped black olive 5. Sprinkle 1 small can diced green 6. Sprinkle 1 cup Monterey jack cheese. 7. Sprinkle 1 cup cheddar cheese 8. Sprinkle 2 chopped tomatoes
