1 c. margarine
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. cold coffee
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. applesauce
2 tsp. baking soda
2 T. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves

Mix margarine, eggs and sugar. Add flour, soda, cocoa, salt, cinnamon and cloves. Add coffee. Beat together and add applesauce. Pour into muffin tins lined with baking cups. Bake at 350 for 20 min.
