24 oz. cream cheese
10 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons grated onion
2 tablespoons grated green pepper
1 tablespoon pimento
*pecans or walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Cheeses should be at room temperature. Mix cheeses together; add remaining ingredients, Can also add nuts to mixture or sprinkle on top as desired.

I half this recipe sometimes because it makes a lot. Serve with assorted crackers and chips.
