2 - 3 oz. lemon jello 3 cups boiling water 1 1/2 cups marshmallows #2 or medium can crushed pineapple (drained) 3 bananas cubed 1/2 pint whipping cream
1 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 tablespoon flour 1 egg well beaten
Cook just until thickened. Cool
Prepare jello, place in refrigerator until begins to set. Add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows. Return to refrigerator until set. Into whipping cream; fold the cooked sauce. Spread on top of congealed jello.
