1 recipe Meat Tomato Sauce for Pasta
6 to 9 long strips lasagna noodles, cooked for 5 minutes in salted boiling water.
12 ounces cottage cheese, mixed with 1 beaten egg
5 cups mozzarella, grated or 1/2 mozzarella and 1/2 cheddar cheese
Parmesan Cheese
1 small pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms
Sliced ripe black olives
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, brown mushrooms in butter. In a greased 9x13-inch pan place a thin layer of sauce. Place a layer of noodles, then spoon more sauce; next layer cottage cheese mixture, mozzarella cheese, veggies, parmesan and then repeat beginning with noodles. Top with mozzarella cheese and a little sauce on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes; remove from oven and top with mozzarella and bake for another 15 minutes.

I made this every year when Granddad and I had our OBU student discipleship groups out to the house for a fellowship meal. I served with French bread and salad.
