2- 13.5 oz can of whole leaf spinach,
6 oz pepper jack cheese,
1/2 stick of butter,
Tony cacherie seasoning,
woostershire sauce,

Directions:
drain spinach,
in saucepan melt butter,
add spinach,
4 or 5 shakes of woostershire,
shake Tony's over spinach,
stir until spinach looks soft,
break up cheese and add to pan with spinach,
stir until all cheese is mixed in,
serve hot,
serves 2-3 Popeyes, 4-6 regular people,

to kick it up a notch or two, saute 3/4 cup finely chopped onions in the butter before adding spinach.
