1 tube crescent rolls Hash Brown potatoes 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese 4 eggs salt and pepper Toppings: Sausage (fry off grease first) Bacon (fry off grease first) Canadian Bacon Ham Mushrooms Green Peppers Onions
Press crescent roll dough onto a round pizza pan. Put toppings of your choice on top of crust. Sprinkle Hash browns over toppings. Beat eggs, add salt and pepper to taste and pour over toppings. Top with cheese. Bake at 350º
