Boneless skinless chicken breast (marinated for 3 hours)
Bacon
Fresh sliced mushrooms
Large onion
Cheese of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate the chicken breast in a marinate of your choice for approximately 3 hours in preparation for grilling. Then, place on grill in the middle rack. Cook until juices run clear. While chicken is on the grill sauté mushrooms and onion in one pan and cook bacon in another.
When chicken is done place in a cake pan cover with bacon, mushroom and onions then cheese.

Note: Size can vary; one piece or several can be made at a time.
