2 pounds of ground beef
1 onion
1 bell pepper
16 oz. can of chopped tomatoes
1 or 2 cans of Rotel
10 oz. of spaghetti
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups of shredded cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
you can add mushrooms and black olives if you like.

Directions:

In a pan. brown 2 pounds of ground beef and drain. Saute 1 cup of onion and 1 cup of bell pepper in another pan.
Add onion and bell pepper to ground beef, along with a 16 oz. can of chopped tomatoes and 1 or 2 cans of rotel. Let beef mixture simmer for about 20 minutes.
Cook spaghetti noodles while beef mixture is simmering.
In a mixing bowl, mix 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup of water. Mix well.
In a deep casserole dish, layer as followed:
1/2 spaghetti on bottom, 1/2 beef mixture, 1 cup of grated cheese. Repeat with 2nd layer. Pour cream of mushroom soup mixture over the top and then top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes on 350 degrees.
Serve with bread and a salad.
