8-10 small trout filets.
1/2" stick of butter
2 tbsp. Worchestisire sauce
1 lemon
1 tsp lemon pepper
2 tsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tasp parsley flakes
1 medium vidallia onion

Directions:
Directions:
Lay trout filets evenly in a baking dish without overlapping. Sprinkle, squeeze, and shake all of the other ingedients over the filets. Slice the onion very thinly and cover the trout. Bake @ 375º for 30 minutes covered. Serve with steamed rice and and vegetable of your choice.

This is one of my familes favorites. This recipe works best with fresh trout filets. It's light and very tasty.
