1 pkg egg roll wrappers
1 1lb boneless chicken
1 bag coleslaw mix
soy sauce
shredded cheese
white pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
boil chicken then shred.
combine chicken, coleslaw, white pepper and soy sauce in bowl, add cheese
lay out egg roll wrap, put 1/8 c filling onto wrap and fold according to pkg directions. (use beaten egg to seal)
Fry in deep fryer until crispy and golden brown.

I have also used ground chicken in this (just brown it) and have added some different sauces into filling to experiment.
