1 Lb. fresh ground pork
1 Lb. cured ground ham
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp, dry mustard
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. red wine vinegar

Sauce

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together, shape into a loaf and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hour

Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil before pouring on ham loaf. s. At the end of 1 hour, pour Sauce over the ham loaf.
