1/2 pound elbow macaroni
3 tbs butter
3 tbs flour
1 tbs powdered mustard
3 c milk
1/2 tsp paprika
12 oz sharp cheddar, shredded (we like white)
salt and pepper to taste

topping:
3 tbs butter
1 c panko bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven 350
boil macaroni until almost done
in saucepan, melt butter, add flour and mustard and stir for about 5 mins. stir in milk and paprika. Simmer for 10 mins until thick. Stir in 3/4 of the cheese and macaroni, pour in casserole dish. top with remaining cheese, coat bread crumbs with melted butter and top cheese.
Bake for 30 mins
