8 oz. of raspberry juice
1 scoop GNC strawberry designer protein
About a cup of mixed frozen fruit (raspberry & bananas)

Optional: Add a scoop of raspberry sherbet.

Directions:
Pour juice in first then add protein powder and blend in a blender for a free seconds, add enough fruit to cover juice, blend until smooth. If you want more slush add ice.
