1 scoop of GNC strawberry designer protein
About a cup of mixed frozen fruit (blueberries & bananas)

Optional: Add a scoop of fat-free frozen yogurt).

Directions:
Directions:
Pour juice in first then add protein powder and blend in a blender for a few seconds. If it is not slushy enough you can add ice.
