Ingredients:
1 egg white
1 cup sugar
1 bag raw cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white till soft peaks form. Roll washed cranberries in egg white then roll in sugar. Place on wax paper to dry. These are wonderful but don't let the sugar melt in your mouth before you bite into the cranberry.

Personal Notes:
Grandmother Joy began making these in the 1970's when she and Granddad were in ministry at OBU. The fun part was biting through the sugar into the berry for either a quite tart or quite sweet surprise! These sat in dishes around the family room for the entire month of December.
