Marinade
4 Tblsp. melted butter
2 Tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tblsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Dash of salt

Lamb Sauce:
olive oil
med. hot banana peppers sliced across about 1/4"
slices
Chopped garlic
oregano to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients for marinade together. Brush roast with mixture. Cook uncovered at 325. Brush mixture periodically while roast is cooking. Cook to medium. To make lamb on the rod add minced garlic to sauce and marinate lamb cubes overnight.

Put on kabob rods and grill.
