1 large can sauerkraut
1 C Thousand Island dressing
1 can corned beef
1 lb grated swiss cheese
1 C pumpernickel bread crumbs
1/2 C melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Drain sauerkraut, rinse. Grease 9 X 13" baking pan. Place sauerkraut in bottom. Spread dressing over. Cut corned beef into small pieces, spread over dressing. Cover beef with cheese. Mix bread crumbs with melted butter, sprinkle over cheese. Bake 350º for 30 minutes.
