2 lbs good quality white chocolate
1-1 1/2 cups dried cranberries, chopped pistachio nuts, crushed candy cane or dried fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 10x15" edged cookie sheet with wax paper. In a double boiler, melt chocolate over low heat. Be very careful not to burn. Add dried fruit, nuts or crushed candy to chocolate. Pour onto cookie sheet and chill until set. Break into pieces by slamming pan on counter.
