1 package frozen shredded hashbrowns
2 boxes chicken stock
1 jar cheese sauce (Kroger brand is our favorite)
or velveeta cheese melted

Directions:
cook hashbrowns in stock until tender
add cheese sauce and stir until melted.

add slurry of corn starch and cold water if too thin
