2 1/2 c sugar
2 tbs flour
2 c sweet milk
7 large eggs or 8 medium (not overbeaten)
1 stick butter melted
pinch of salt
2 1/2 tbs vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour with sugar, add rest of ingredients, pour filling into 2 unbaked deep dish pie shells. Bake 350 for 15 mins then 300 until done.

Be sure there are no holes in he bottom of shell or pie will leak through.

You can put all of the eggs in filling, or if you want meringue use about 6 whites for it.
